Stop the Weapons Expo! Campaign launch 2017

Public meeting – Wednesday, 16 August @ 6:30pm
The Peace Place, 2 Emily Place, Mt Eden, Auckland

The weapons expo is a meeting of 500 of the world’s largest arms dealers. These businesses get together to make deals to sell new weapons, trading in human misery & horror. Our launch will include reflections from some of the participants on joining the campaign against the expo last year, a full briefing of what our resistance will look like this year & how you can get involved, along with some yummy food & drink. Just for clarity – the Weapons expo is happening in Wellington this year on 10 & 11 October – and Peace Action Wellington is leading the organising on this. We hope you can join us.
