Be the voice New Zealand children need! Children in poverty don’t get any choices – and they need your voice. As our nation’s next leaders, economists, teachers, doctors and nurses, writers, social workers, policy experts (the list goes on!) you hold the power to enact change, so that together we can achieve the New Zealand we want. We would like to invite you join us on Wednesday 23 August at the University of Auckland for a kōrero about ways to be a voice for New Zealand’s children.

Please feel free to download the event poster here and share it within your networks. RSVP now on the Facebook event.

Saturday 9 September: Impact of colonisation on empowerment of NZ Indigenous women – PWW-NZ’s annual one day conference at the CCS Rooms in Royal Oak. Keynote speaker, panel discussion, workshops – 9am-4pm, full info later. This event was scheduled for presentation at CSW61 New York, March 2017, but unfortunately it was cancelled when a severe snow storm shut the city down. The topic is of great interest here at home and you are invited to join this conversation… Inquiries, e: info
