Get Smart – the People’s Review of the Intelligence Agencies – Wellington 29th July/Auckland 6 August
July 27, 2015 Leave a comment
The Government’s review of the intelligence agencies is widely seen as hobbled before it even begins, but it does provide us with the impetus to review the intelligence agencies ourselves. Come along to have your say about what should happen to the GCSB, the SIS, and New Zealand’s participation in the Five Eyes spy network.
The Review
We’re asking everyone who comes to the meeting to bring your ideas, thoughts, and emotion along to share with us. We’re collecting ‘submissions’ for the People’s Review. We’ll be publishing the feedback that we get from people to give a real picture of what people in Aotearoa New Zealand want (and don’t want) in terms of these agencies.
