The war in Palestine has brought many of us together onto the streets week after week since October – as it has for many hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
The Gaza war has sparked a fire around the world and now millions of people are standing up and saying NO! We are all Palestinians!
At home our government is also waging war – on people and on the environment, on te Tiriti and on democracy. And people are standing up and saying NO!
As we did last Thursday when Tangata Whenua and Tangata Tiriti came together in massive rallies all round the motu.
So again this Saturday in Ōtautahi Christchurch , in Tāmaki Auckland and in Pōneke Wellington the lunchtime streets will be filled with people saying NO!
Stop these wars! Stop the cuts! People before profits! Stop the war on Nature, on Te Tiriti, on democracy.
We will come together and find one another and continue the mahi of building the new world where people and Papatūānuku are cared for and cherished.
